FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Are there any delivery fees, bottle deposit fees, or contracts?
We do not charge delivery fees, bottle deposit fees, and we do not require contracts. There are no fees at all unless one of our bottles is not returned or is returned damaged.
When will my order arrive?
Most deliveries arrive within 2-3 business days but it all depends on what part of town you live in. After placing an online order an email from our customer service team will inform you of your exact delivery date. We do not deliver on weekends.
Automated texts will be sent to the phone number entered during checkout when the driver is on his way and once the delivery is made. (Note: We do not receive text replies to the automated driver arrival status texts)
Do I need to be home for the delivery?
You do not need to be home for the delivery. Bottles will be placed in the spot of your choosing during checkout. If there are any special notes, gate codes, or instructions our drivers need to know to properly deliver your water they must to be left in the delivery notes or emailed to orders@drinkconscious.com the day before the delivery. Without special instructions left at the time of checkout, bottles will be placed at the front door of the address entered.
How long can I borrow your bottles for?
30-45 days maximum. All bottles are the property of Conscious Water Company and must be returned to avoid unreturned bottle fees. We do not charge deposit fees up front to make things easy for you but all bottles borrowed must be returned in the same condition it was received to avoid incurring fees later. Customers are liable for a $25 per bottle fee for bottles returned damaged or not returned within 30 days. Contact orders@drinkconscious.com if there are any circumstances that may prevent you from returning our bottles within 30 days and exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Do you sell water dispensers?
Yes! You can buy water dispensers when placing your first order or anytime after. We do not service dispensers but the ones we sell are backed by a 2 year manufacturer warranty. See our dispenser selection in the store here.
How do I order?
New customers can setup service by ordering online here or by calling 855-237-8928 between 9AM and 5PM Monday – Friday.

How do I pay?
All major credit cards are accepted and payments are made online or over the phone prior to water being delivered. Customers can pay per delivery if on a pay-as-you-go plan, or per scheduled delivery automatically once recurring exchanges have been purchased or requested.
Recurring billing and deliveries can be setup at anytime on the website or by calling or emailing us directly. Modifications to the quantity or frequency of recurring orders can be made at anytime and billing will be prorated accordingly. We do not accept checks.
Do you deliver to my area?
We offer free delivery in San Diego anywhere South of Poinsettia Lane in Carlsbad, North of Orange ave in Chula Vista, and West of the 67 or 125 freeway in El Cajon.
Exceptions outside of the territory detailed above are granted often but on a case by case basis depending on the location and delivery amount. If you aren’t sure if you are in our free delivery range, email your delivery address to orders@drinkconscious.com for an immediate response.
